For hygiene reasons and to avoid discolouration please note it is best to wash the dolls separately., , To avoid any damage, wash the dolls at a maximum of 30°C using the hand wash setting on the machine or alternatively wash the dolls by hand. , , For extra protection and disinfection, an antibacterial laundry cleanser may be used together with a mild detergent for both machine washing and hand washing. , , Place the empathy doll in a netted laundry bag, and protect the hair in particular with a stocking. , , Wash coloured garments separately and according to the washing instructions on the respective labels. The Joyk empathy dolls clothes should be washed at a maximum of 30°C and separately to other garments. , , Minor stains and the build up of dirt can be removed by giving a sponge bath with an anti-bacterial laundry cleanser and using warm water and a sponge. , , Roll the washed doll in a towel to absorb excess water. , , If necessary, gently shake the doll’s body, especially the hair, to bring the doll´s hair and body back to shape and in place. , , Now the doll can be laid out to dry on a dry towel or hung carefully on the clothesline by both feet.
